Downloaded the trial
and now I can't live without it - Great!!
John from Sunny Yorkshire in the UK, July 16, 2002 I read some of the reports and cannot understand why anybody who is serious
about their diet could not get to grips with this easy to use superb programme. I am off
to purchase the full programme now. Hats off to TinyTech well done. |

I was very skeptical when I started using the package,
because I did not want some complicated behemoth that took months to learn. Not only is
this package fairly easy to learn but it provides a very flexible and modifiable database
of nutrition which can easily be tailored to the specific foods I eat and not the 200,000+
generic USDA food items that take hours to search through and don't even match what I am
actually consuming. The graphing capabilities and warnings when Sodium, Protein to Carbs
ratio limits etc. have been exceeded are excellent tools. The package even gives you an
allowed calorie count each day and measures your progress against it and many other
adjustable nutrition alarms. I am surprised how much I can eat each day and not exceed
calorie or fat counts, and still loose weight. In the past, on such days, I would have
mistakenly thought I had blown my diet and given up, when I actually did not surpass my
caloric limit for the day. Now you can know the net impact of what you have consumed
immediately, and not live with the Guilt/BS that wells over having one cookie or
something. This package helps overcome the mental battle, which is where this stuff is
really won. This user rates this package AAAA RBC |

I lost 40 pounds
using Pocket Diet Tracker!
A reviewer from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, November 18, 2001 I lost approximately 40 pounds between March and September, and Pocket Diet
Tracker made it almost painless. I'm continuing to use Pocket Diet Tracker to make sure I
don't gain it back. I'm back to my high school weight, and I feel great! I've never been
able to stick to traditional diets, but this program provided feedback, a plan, and
through the database, I learned how to substitute foods so that I never really felt like I
was on a diet. This program alone has justified the cost of my iPaq, even if I never did
anything else with the iPaq! I also very much appreciated the prompt and helpful responses
to e-mails I sent both when evaluating Pocket Diet Tracker and after I purchased it. I did
initially try another program, but it didn't come close to Pocket Diet Tracker in either
features or support. I can't recommend Pocket Diet Tracker highly enough! |

Being a fitness and Food tracking fanatic after losing over
100 lbs. I must say this little program is amazing. You can enter any food you want so if
the you don't agree with the D-base then update your own food menu. It's an awsome tool
for the Gym enthusist that wants to cut the fat out, keeep the carbs low and make sure
your hitting your protein goals. I used to do all this by hand in a little book on my desk
at work and in the gym, I like the fact that it computes it for me. Plus the visual graphs
are a tremendous psychological help. If there was one more thing to add to it would be an
actual body fat calc that would allow me to enter all important measurements and then
compute that so an accurate change in fat loss could be computed. Other than that it's an
awsome tiny powerful program that every fitness nut should have. :o) Good luck with your
program!!! |

Excellent Features
tmmburke@mediaone.net from boston, Massachusetts, October 17, 2001 I have been using Pocket Diet Tracker for some time now and really enjoy its
unique features. I have tried all products available for the PocketPC and found this one
to be the best. Version 2 adds the ability to track user defined items, such as Glucose
level, and to plot the results along side other items like fat intake. If your diabetic,
this program is a must. The extended nutrient database with custom editing allow me to
track everything I eat and control my diabetic diet. I highly recommend this product. |

Gia1110@msn.com from Gaithersburg, MD, January 19, 2001 Very impressed with the features of this software, easy to use, customizable,
Clean interface.I especially like the food searching capabilities using an explorer like
design. Runs flawlessly on my IPAQ. It's obvious a lot of thought was put into putting
this program together and it definitely shows. This one's a keeper! |

Checked them
all, this is the ** BEST **
fitwizard@netscape.net from Tel-Aviv, Israel, January 26, 2001 I'm a fitness fanatic with LOTS of knowledge in the field of Nutrition &
Exercising. I've checked ALL the "Dieting" Pocket PC software out there, and I
can say, this is the BEST software available ! Other programs enforce you to eat at
certain times (i.e. have only five or predefined meals) and navigation is harder. This
software beats them all! I've tried it for about a week, and now I am going to register
it. |

If you own a PDA and you have any weight to loose, get Pocket Diet tracker now! If you
don't own a PDA, buy one and get Pocket diet tracker now!! Simple to use with customizable
foods menu for your individual needs. Weight Watcher members know that journaling food
intake is the only thing that works for weight loss long term. I looked at other Diet
programs for PDA's. I prefer Pocket Diet tracker. |

Totally
Impressive
This program will calculate your daily caloric needs based on your
profile and excercise habits and then allows you to log what you eat during the day. If
you buy the program you get a 900 item database of food items already entered, you can
also enter your own items into the database easily. The program totals what you have eaten
in calories, grams of protein, fat and carbs. It charts your progress daily based on the
goals you have set. This is a bodybuilders dream - great for anyone concerned about
tracking what they eat, its composition and counting calories. Absolutely fabulous!!
